I'M SARAH.

I am proud to be a nurse, life/health coach, and somatic therapy trained. I believe that as health care providers, we are so much more than our titles. We each have unique skills, passions, and experiences that shape who we are both personally and professionally.

This realization led me to expand my knowledge and expertise through life and health coaching. I became trained in somatic therapy, which focuses on understanding the body's wisdom and the connection between the mind-body-spirit.
